This policy applies to online orders placed through the WISPI website.

At WISPI, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed outside of normal business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout.

For online orders, WISPI offers:

  • Flat-rate shipping of $11.50
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. WISPI is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

For online orders, WISPI ships to the contiguous United States only.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Hawaii
  • International locations
