Return and Refund Policy (Online Orders Only)

This policy applies to online orders placed through the WISPI website.

At WISPI, we want you to receive the correct product in excellent condition.

Returns

WISPI does not generally accept routine returns, including:

  • incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • items no longer needed
  • issues related to improper application, storage, or use after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at orders@wispi.com or (262) 639-0990.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

If the issue is confirmed, WISPI may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after processing for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Because orders may move into production quickly, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
